Cabin vacation rentals in Tisvilde

After 25 years of renting summerhouses in Denmark, this is the first time we've been this close to perfection. We were 4 adults and 2 children and everything was well thought out for everyone. Very good taste decor and everything was of quality… from the dishwasher, dishes, paintings and objects and we particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine, even the sheets and towels were of quality. Beautiful garden, well-maintained flowers, great bbq, and small deer wandering around the garden, superb garden furniture, terrace and the serenity and brightness of the place. The proximity to the beach and the very nice pontoon, a little too many pebbles and seaweed. We'd love to come back to this house. The washing machine broke down at the beginning of our stay and our host Claus immediately replaced it. We had a great vacation.

We had a really good stay at the cottage. Everything was as described in the listing and the host provided clear instructions and good communication throughout. The area is really cozy and the location is good - 10 min walk from the water, quiet area, good green areas nearby. Great recommendation from here :)

We had a lovely stay at the cabin! It’s beautifully decorated, cozy, and had a really welcoming feel. Check-in was effortless—even though no one was there to greet us, the instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. There’s a great little fish shop just a 10-minute walk away, and we really enjoyed grilling the fresh salmon and cod we bought there. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook some fantastic meals. We were lucky with the weather and caught a stunning sunset over the sea, only a 15-minute walk from the cabin. It was our first time in Denmark, but we’re already planning to come back. Danish people are so friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing get away!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jesper's cottage. It was neat and clean, and the house was equipped with everything you need during a summerhouse stay. It was a nice area with the beach minutes away. We'd love to come again.

We spent two weeks in the beautiful house of Teresa and Hans-Ole and it was very relaxing. The garden is also quite wonderful. From the hot tub, we were able to observe many stars and also a few shooting stars at night. The fine sandy beach is within easy reach by bicycle. Our hosts had many tips for us and were always easily accessible. We'll be back!

A dream place, just next to the beach with great view. Very functional and cozy villa, that could host 4 family's with all the amenities. Communication with the host was perfect and we could also check out later, at no extra cost, which saved us some extra stress, especially when you have kids. Highly recommended.

Amalie and Jonas' house was very cozy and generous. There are many games, beach accessories and also the kitchen is fully equipped! We felt very comfortable in the area around Tisvildeleje and the excursions to Copenhagen and Helsingør were additional highlights! We highly recommend this place!

Very nice cottage where we enjoyed staying. We travelled with our 1.5y old daughter and found the place very child-friendly. Wonderful garden with lots of blackberries, raspberries and apples.

Eva's cabin was a perfect, peaceful weekend away for us. The cabin was very cozy, very clean and an easy walk away from the beach, the forest and the little town. Eva was super friendly and a lovely host.

This time there were four of us traveling and we had our animals with us – a dog and a cat. There was enough room for all of us. Check-in went well (mini safe with key). The owner gave recommendations on using the equipment. Kitchen - You can cook - there is everything you need for it. A very warm fireplace, a washing machine – everything was great. A small problem (temporary internet failure) was fixed immediately – the owner called the supplier and everything worked again immediately. Definitely recommend!!!

Eva was a delight. Incredibly responsive without being intrusive. I wish I had paid attention to the towels and sheets being extra.

We travelled with two small kids in august 2024. The place is beautiful inside and outside. Outside, it feels like being in a Forrest, deer is walking around and the view is a sea of trees. It’s a short walk to a good fish monger. It’s a drive or bikes ride into town. Inside, the place have everything which is needed. The kitchen is especially well equipped. Highly Recommend to anyone.

This is the second time I have rented from Pernille, and the house is just in elk perfect walking distance to the most beautiful sandy beach, beautiful forest, nature playground, ice house, etc. At the same time, the house has everything you need and the garden is so big that you don't have to go outside the land register at all. Driving distance to Hundested, Gilleleje, Troldeskoven, etc. My favorite place to go on holiday with a dog, due to the large fenced garden and short walking distance to the most delicious Dog Forest. Pernille is an impeccable host who is always helpful in answering various questions, etc.

We stayed at Mortens place for five days and we felt at home from day one. For those looking for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle - this area is highly recommended. This house is suitable for people preferring a cozy stay indoor as well as for people who love outdoor activities suck as walking, bird watching etc. My kids particularly enjoyed the zip line and trampoline set outside the house. Morten was very easy to communicate with which made the whole process so easy. Further Orø is a small and beautiful island with some very nice and social people with a great community spirit. We enjoyed the stay at Alvaro's cozy house. It's among the best Airbnbs we've tried. If you like a house with personal decor and a lot of equipment for the family with kids (with kids of all ages), this is a super good place. The house is as described, but the following may be helpful to know: -it is possible to take the local train to Melby from Hillerød and have bikes, so the house is also suitable for families without a car - Shopping opportunity in Asserbo, forest and beautiful beach with dunes is within bike distance -the area is amazingly beautiful with beaches, heather and forest -the house and grounds are quite open to a quiet closed road in a summerhouse neighborhood, so was not quite as private as we thought -the house is very well equipped, with many board games, outdoor games, toys, trampoline, books, tools, and kitchenware -there is only an outdoor bath (with hot water), which is fine in good weather, but not if it is cold/rain. There is a nice toilet indoors. Overall, we highly recommend the house to the active family

We are very satisfied with our stay in the small cozy cottage by the sea but "in the middle of town". Wonderful with proximity and walking distance to swimming, restaurants and cafés. The house is small but feels surprisingly spacious for two. It was great to shower in nearby houses, a cozy little walk in the greenery from the house led to the laundry room where there was a fresh shower cabin. Petra arranged extra towels and was very careful that we would have a good time. An efficient floor fan was arranged when the heat was at 30 degrees and the house warm at night. Quiet and peaceful in the evening and at night. Cozy to sit on the private terrace and eat breakfast or watch the sunset at night. Petra has been the best of the hosts. Stay here if you want to stay in central Höganäs!

We had a great stay at Steen's house. The home is large and family friendly, with plenty of space for our 4-person family, a large well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer to do laundry during our stay, a spacious backyard with several play structures and a trampoline, and a great assortment of toys and books for our two kids (ages 4 and 7). The floor heating and well-insulated walls made it very comfortable to stay in during the winter, there's also a heat pump but we didn't need to turn those on at all. We didn't use the annex but it seemed well-built and comfortable as well for those who'd need it. Location is good, good proximity to the beach, Gilleleje, and grocery stores. Overall we'd highly recommend Steen's house for families!

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed staying with Paula and Bjørn in their cozy annex. The place is perfect for experiencing nature and within walking distance to great restaurants!

A cozy summer house, close to Copenhagen. The house is slightly basic but we had all we needed. Quiet and peaceful area for a relaxed stay. The host is super friendly and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

We stayed at Gunvor’s with our 2.5 year old daughter. Everything was perfect - the house had everything we needed and the location was great. We planned on staying one night, but extended to three nights in the end. I can highly recommend Gunvor’s house for anyone visiting the Kullaberg area. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay five couples - and with room for a 6. The house is super charming and cozy. We had great communication throughout and she responded quickly if I had any questions. Definitely something we will do again if the road should fall past Rørvig.

Once again it was just perfect to stay at David’s place. Always magically peaceful :)
