central and stylish flat with WIFI

Our flat situated in Christianshavn which is one of the most central and famous neighbourhoods of Copenhagen and only 20 metres from the metro station. It is 100 m2 in total and has a sitting room, a bedroom, a big bathroom (17 m2), a big kitchen ( 20 m2) and an antre.It has very high ceilings which we love. We really like minimalist design and love to mix&match the new and the old stuff in our decoration. Christianshavn is located in city centre, around 7-10 minutes by walking to shopping street. There are lots of popular cafe and restaurants in the area. It is a also very close a popular turist attraction Christiania (3-5 minutes by walking). We hope you will enjoy living in our flat because we love living here :-)

Unik lejlighed med privat have

På en blind sidegade mellem Holmbladsgade og Prags Boulevard, ligger denne enestående lejlighed i den unikke fabriksbygning Factory House. Her får du fornemmelsen af dit eget private byhus, da lejligheden har sin egen indgang som fører dig frem til lejlighedens egen gårdhave og to terrasser. I stueplan ligger et lille soveværelse, badeværelse og kontor. På 1. sal ligger mastersoveværelse. Lejligheden bliver din egen lille oase midt i byen lige ved Amagerbro Metro og cykelafstand til stranden.

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. Right at the harbour on Islands Brygge this flat is located just 15 minutes Walk to City center, Tivoli and Main station. My home is a Wonderful 126 square meter flat in an old charming Building with all modern facilities, cable tv, wifi, washing machine. The apartment consists of 5 rooms - a big kitchen/diner with espresso machine, 3 bedrooms, a lounge with a large couch and a computer/work desk. The bathroom is renovated with luxourious shower equipment.

Udsigt over Tivoli

Perfectly situated comfortable and modern apartment. You live right in the centre of Copenhagen in a very quiet street. Two balconies and a view to Tivoli and the City Hall. The apartment is on the 5th floor and has all conveniences and sun from morning to evening. :-) It has an elevator and a private parking space in the basement. All Copenhagen sights are within reach, and so is also the opportunity to take a swim in the harbour at "Bølgen".

This is a beautiful 140 m2, 3 bedroom apartment with a view directly of the water. There are two bathrooms. Two spacious terasses to enjoy the view and sun. There is a new Weber Q3000 gasgrill. Its located just 2 km. from the center of Copenhagen (Rådhuspladsen). Bus 7A is just 300m from the apartment and goes directly to the center.
