Heber's attention to the littlest detail was perfect! Whether it was picking up garbage, delivering water, providing linens and paper goods he was pro-active and made our stay that more pleasurable. (Last year we stayed at an Airbnb where we had to chase the garbage truck down the street and lug our own bottled water up the hill)! Great location in one of Oaxaca's oldest neighborhoods, Jalatlaco with cobblestone streets and great restaurants!

Nice place, quiet, close to la Merced market, restaurants, bakeries, bodegas and pharmacies. Farmacia el Ahorro has a doctor, in case you need an emergency, the place is very convenient. Walking to the zocalo takes about 15 minutes. Nice owner, responds quickly. I would wash again.

The apartment has lots of light, is spotless and quiet. Our host was always available with helpful tips and even stopped at a store when she was out to bring us something we liked. V Totally modern washing machines were available with soap and a sunny clothes line. Probably the best Airbnb I ever stayed in.

Berenice is a gem!!! Very responsive and outgoing! Made me feel right at home! Will stay here always when I come visit Oaxaca as everything is walking distance and easy to find. Lots of parking stations around as well!

This is the second time we stayed in this apartment and were happy we did. The neighborhood is mostly residential with grocery stores, coffee shops, and bakeries nearby, and walking distance from so many amenities. We took taxis to the Centro, 100MX, 10 - 15 minutes. We did not have a car to park but there is an enclosed garage available. Alberto, Rafael and Teresa are very responsive and responsible hosts. Every time an issue arose they were quick to respond and handled everything we asked them to.

Quiet and quiet area, Alejandra always attentive to any detail, the accommodation has everything you need to rest with security and privacy, very nice accommodation

The location is perfect, close to the main attractions of Oaxaca, with easy access to restaurants, markets and historic sites. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive, always available for any questions or recommendations about the city. In addition, the atmosphere of the place was quiet and friendly, ideal for resting after exploring Oaxaca. I will definitely be back on my next visit. 100% recommended!

Wow! This was the best Air bnb we have ever stayed at! The property itself is stunning and surrounded by your own personal gardens. The pool and hot tub were way bigger than we thought and it was so nice to swim after a long day of exploring the city. It’s super easy to use the Didi app to grab a taxi into the city and only runs you about $7. On the way home from the city center it’s easier to just hail a taxi than use the app. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have A/C. Also having Kevin (the peacock) on the property was so fun! Abdias is the best host! Him and his mom were so reponsive and helpful! One night we had an issue with the water and they were there within 15 mins and had it fixed within 30 mins. He also set up a private mezcal tasting for us at the house which was so fun! He also gave us a recommendation for dinner at the hotel up the street. It’s a Michelin star restaurant and it’s one of the best meals I’ve ever had. An amazing week, we will be back! ❤️
