Relax in this quiet home and enjoy lake views and nature. Here you live in a completely newly built single storey villa with large windows and giant sliding doors to the lake. The house has a fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open plan living room and kitchen with stunning views. In front of the house there is a terrace of about 75 m2 where part is a cozy patio under the roof. Washing machine and TV are available from May 2024. Uppsala 30 min and Heby in 15 min by car.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Unfortunately no access to the water from our plot.

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages.
