The cottage has three separate bedrooms, one with a loft bed. Toilet-shower room and a large living room-kitchen open in the ridge with stairs up to the sleeping loft. Private jetty with bathing ladder at a comfortable distance from the cabin (20 m). New boat with motor.

30 min. from Oslo Airport by car. Well-equipped apartment in a quiet, family-friendly area. 15 min. walking distance to the train. (Train takes 38 minutes to Oslo S.) Approximately 45 min by car to Oslo. 15 min. walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, pizza/Indian/grill and hairdresser. The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16). Cozy cottage in the countryside. Lots of great opportunities for nature experiences on foot, on skis and by bike. The swimming area is about 300 m away at the beautiful Nessjøen. Magnor center about 2 km where you have for example Magnor Glassworks and porcelain, Ingelsrud confectionery, Kiwi and gas station. Skotterud about 7 km. There are several shops and cafes there. Sweden is about 4 km away. Charlottenberg shopping center is located a little further in. Alpine center about 20 min away. Kongsvinger golf club about 25 km and there is a golf course in Eda.

Located right next to Kongsvinger Golf Club (at hole 10 for those who know;)), swimming area, miniature golf and nice hiking areas. 10 minutes drive away from Kongsvinger with swimming pool, bowling, paddle, restaurants, Kongsvinger fortress ++. During the golf season there is also an open restaurant 400 meters away from the house, with good food and a license to sell alcohol :) The house contains four bedrooms, with the possibility of setting up an alcove in addition.
