Relax in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, only eight kilometers from the centre of Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique residence, with a past as an artist's home. The apartment is located in a scenic area close to forest, lake and hiking trails. 10-minute drive to the highway. 30-minute drive to Aarhus C.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

The home is located in Ølsted close to Aarhus. Free parking space and city bus right to the door. The home is newly renovated and spacious with room for 2-4 overnight guests. There is a hallway, living room and bedroom. In the living room you will find a sofa corner (sofa bed), a dining nook, and a relaxation corner. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with dining nook. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Storbyen Aarhus, Letbanen, busforbindelser, 1 km til motorvej, 4-5 km til stranden, landsby idyl. det er en lille landsby med 5 gårde Rolige naturskønne områder (kommunal skov 1 km. ) Stor fællesområde med græs. Lidt væk fra det hele. Men rare og venlige omgivelser. Skrev en der lejede det ja det er rigtigt, der er 1,5 km til byer med forretninger, byerne er Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, Skæring.
