Vacation rentals with breakfast in Todi

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

Riccardo is an amazing host! The house looks even better in person.. he left us some groceries for breakfast in the fridge. I would highly recommend choosing this place if you’re coming to Montepulciano!:)

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Very good location to visit medieval villages, access Lake Bolsena, thermal baths and the center of Viterbo is 5 min away by car. It is also convenient to go to Rome and to Ostia Antica. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, air-conditioned and the private terrace is well exposed and of good size. We particularly appreciated the attention of our host who wears delicious homemade pastries every morning. Also, when we arrived the fridge had been filled with drinks and we received a warm welcome. We highly recommend, very pleasant experience!

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Raffaella’s!! She and her husband Claudio were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were so enjoyable to be around. They were very accommodating, flexible, and easy to communicate with. They helped us with directions and had many recommendations. The space was very clean, and they had every convenience to make our stay easy and homey. We were particularly impressed with the bathroom! It was updated, very clean, and had a nice shower. We also appreciated the filtered water system for cooking and bathing. The other highlight was the view off of the balcony! We had scheduled to be out most of the day, but it would have been the perfect spot to stay in and relax- soaking in the Tuscan countryside. The homemade breakfast was delicious!! Our only regret is that our trip was too short!! We wish we could have stayed there longer and spent more time with them! They were a wealth of knowledge and truly beautiful people.

Anna was an incredible host, so helpful and personable. We were blown away by the space from its location to its cleanliness. And the view from the kitchen window was amazing! Highly recommend!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Nice apartment, well decorated and right at the center of village. Assisi is not a big village but the building is right at the center of it. At a stone throw from the upper and lower church and right in front of Minerva’s Temple. The apartment is definitely worth the three-story climb.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Really nice stay! The house is cozy and well-kept, located in a convenient location to visit Foligno and the surroundings. We immediately felt comfortable thanks to the kindness and availability of Fabbrizio, who made us feel at home. An extra point definitely goes to your dog, very nice and affectionate, which made the experience even more special. Everything went great: cleanliness, comfort and tranquility. We hope to be back soon!

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We stayed here on the Camino dei Borghi Silenti. Excellent breakfast served impeccably and, at our request, in advance of almost an hour than the normal time of the property.

The apartment is delightful, tidy, clean, functional for every need and very well furnished. Rich breakfast enlivened by the view offered by the beautiful terrace overlooking the Tiber and Valeria's kindness. Many activities in the area suggested by the hostess, as well as places to eat healthy and well.

Such a lovely, peaceful stay. The b&b is beautiful and surrounded by amazing scenery. Host was flexible, friendly and very hospitable. Wish we could have stayed longer :)
