Short but very nice stay in Vignanello. Maria Letizia's place is very, very beautiful and we had a lovely evening and morning in it. Communication with Maria Letizia was effective, and self-check in easy.

What a beautiful home full of history and culture in the heart of Terni. We stayed in most nights to explore the many incredible books in Serena’s collection but the town is very walkable from the apartment and there are restaurants and groceries moments away. I hope to stay with Serena, who is such a welcoming and kind host, again soon.

The accommodation located in the heart of the beautiful village of Monticchiello is typically Tuscan, which is reinforced by murals. The proximity to Pienza is appreciated. The view of Val d 'Orcia is beautiful. The apartment is very calm and functional but deserves a little refresh and upgrading of amenities ( dishes, host, etc...). Access to the listing is via a steep, narrow staircase. However, we spent 2 dream nights at this place that we keep in mind for a future stay in Tuscany

The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need! The hosts are of unique kindness and availability and we really appreciated their flexibility in schedules. The area is very quiet and surrounded by olive trees. Highly recommended!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

the apartment is on two levels, large, equipped with air conditioning. Nearby parking. Convenient area also to reach by car or bus. Definitely recommended

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

We had a wonderful stay at this property which is a bit difficult to reach, but is more than worth the painstaking arrival. The fantastic location is simply breathtaking – expansive fields lined with cypresses and olive trees create a backdrop that looks like a Tuscany picture book. The hosts were extremely nice and charming. They provided us with great tips for excursions and activities in the area, which has enriched our stay. Particularly noteworthy is that our dog also felt very comfortable and we could thus enjoy relaxing time as a family. In summary, we can recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the true beauty of Tuscany. A place to relax and enjoy – here we will be happy to come back.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

We had such a great time with the kids in this beautiful home that we were sorry to leave it. Everything was perfectly equipped. We were impressed by the thoughtful and attentive hospitality towards guests. Thank you so much!

We had a nice time with friends in Tarano. Communication went smoothly, the house was fine, the air conditioning was a plus and the pool was very pleasant. 1 small downside: there are no umbrellas as shown in the photos. Definitely recommended to stay here.

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

We stayed a few days from Cecilia, but it was enough to regenerate ourselves... the famous contact with nature was missing for a long time, the fragrant plants, the outside with American vines saved us from the very high temperatures of these July days and so much did the farmhouse in the tuff, always fresh inside... the hospitality was also completed by the inhabitants of the small village of San Valentino, thank you and I hope to be able to come back one day

Severino welcomed us really well, from the bus stop he took us to the house showing us the necessary and also giving us useful information enriched by historical curiosities. The house was impeccable, we had a great rest!

I felt very comfortable, the location and the terrace are fantastic. It is a very special place and lovingly furnished. An extremely good restaurant right next door and also the communication with Caleb was easy, he took care of directly if there was a problem.

Marco's place fully matches the photos. The host was very kind and offered us a flexible check-in that allowed us to finish our laps. The terrace with lake views is very evocative and romantic. My family and I only stayed for 2 days, but we found everything we needed and even more, including a bowl and a mattress for my little dog. Top. The area is quiet, green and well served. Great starting point for Marmore Falls, Narni, Labro , San Gemini and other known destinations. We'll definitely be back . Thanks Marco.

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

A great experience . The apartment is really nice, tastefully furnished and finished, very clean, very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. It is in a quiet neighborhood and parking hassle-free right in front of the building. Laura was very kind to solve a small issue and gave us advice on where to dine. Really nice to relax in the evening in the apartment after the days spent visiting the surroundings, we felt at home. We loved it and highly recommend it.

We stayed a month at Mira’s place. Mira’s place had all the necessities for our stay. I was able to cook some delicious meals in her kitchen. We enjoyed our time in Narni and exploring the greater Umbrian region. Many beautiful hilltop towns and villages to explore here

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
