Velkommen til vores dejlige sommerhus i Arrild ferieby. Huset består af entre, køkken og stue ud i et med brændeovn og varmepumpe, nyt badeværelse og to værelser med nye dobbeltsenge. Sommerhuset ligger ud til en skøn naturgrund, hvor man fra stuen/terrassen ofte kan se rådyr og egern og samtidig er der under 200 m til svømmehal, indkøb og legeplads. Beautiful newly decorated apartment in the heart of Southern Jutland. The home consists of 2 beautiful rooms with direct access to a terrace overlooking the forest and lake. In addition, there is a 60 sqm. large kitchen/living room (used as a course room by the owners). Beautiful large bathroom with double shower. 60-inch flat screen with Google TV. Free Wi-Fi. Small kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with small built-in freezer.

Cottage in nature and free access to swimming pool

Enjoy some holidays with the family in our cottage. Beautiful natural area with plenty of trails for mountain biking and long runs or walks. Walking distance to a grocery store, swimming pool (free access), mini golf, large playground, fishing lake and golf course. On the property, you can also stay in our own shelter. The house is centrally located in relation to many tourist attractions: 30 min drive to Rømø, Ribe, Tønder and 1 hour to LEGO land.

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the bathroom at night, but otherwise it's 100% yours.

The cottage is located very close to the forest, so nature feels like part of the house – you can hear the wind in the treetops, smell the scent of the forest floor and wake up to birdsong. It's a place where you automatically slow down, where presence occurs naturally, and where both children and adults can breathe all the way down into the belly. Here there is room for play, for walks in nature, for quiet mornings and long evenings.

There is a locked room for bicycles.

The apartment has a private entrance and is located in extension of private accommodation. There is a private terrace and parking.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.

Nice holiday home directly on the beach. It offers peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A house with one bedroom and adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight to the beach. The other hidden behind living fences - almost always shelter.
