This was such an amazing stay! The location was always withing 7-12 min walk from any train station, which made any of our daily adventures a breeze to travel to and an easy walk home after a long day of walking. The room is very clean, relaxing and comfortable which is much needed after the busy streets of Dontonbori, which is a very accessible from this airbnb! Yikiko was friendly and helpful from her very first message. She was always quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. 100% would come back again, whenever I find myself on Osaka.

This was my favourite stay of our whole trip. Only stayed two nights but felt right at home. The area is great. Close to everything but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Being able to leave our bags before check in was amazing. The place is super clean and has everything you need. Shower pressure was great. Especially when you need to wash your hair. Yui was lovely and quick with her responses. Highly recommend this place and will be staying here again next time I visit Osaka.

It is a very cozy space made our stay very comfortable . Everything was perfect, from the clean and tidy accommodations to the little details that showed Nami’s care. Highly recommended!!

Mayumi was there when we arrived, was incredibly accommodating and a real pleasure to speak with. She showed us everything in the house and gave us excellent recommendations. She even helped me planned my proposal (secretly) as I need helped navigating the crowds in Kyoto! The unit was wonderful and very much a true Japanese experience compared to a western-style hotel. It was nothing flashy, but had all the modern comforts. There was even an option for doubling up the bedding to provide more comfort for those more accustomed to softer, deeper beds. The balcony was beautiful and relaxing in the mornings. There is a somewhat busy street across from the balcony that hosts ryokans and restaurants, but nowhere as busy or intrusive as the Kawaramachi area (conveniently) just up the block. Just be aware during the day, that there is a some foot traffic 20 feet away if you keep the doors open, it peaks early evening and is empty by night so you can sleep peacefully.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rui's home! Her sister Yui lives downstairs, and was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening and she met us outside with her husband. They helped us bring all our luggage up to the second floor! They were very welcoming and the place was imcredibly clean and exactly as pictured. Yui was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked questions in the app. We even had trouble with a pizza delivery, and Yui called the restaurant to make sure they delivered to the right address. The location was amazing, with a beautiful park right outside. Only a 10 minute walk to the station, and plenty of great restaurants a short walk away. The convenience stores and supermarket were also within a short walking distance. Yui booked us a taxi for our return trip home, and even carried our luggage downstairs for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

I had a very comfortable stay! The space was clean, and the welcome drinks and amenities were lovely. I was impressed by the attention to detail, such as the fact that there was a lot of cable to recharge by the pillow, and that the wind in the cooler was not directly hit! I stayed with my family this time, but I am very satisfied with the Shin-Enoshima Aquarium and popular rice restaurants nearby.I would like to stay there again.

I recently stayed at Saito’s place and had a wonderful experience! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout my stay. The place was thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to one of the attraction, restaurants, and subway station, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again, Saito, for being such a great host. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Good location, not far from the lake and convenience stores. Nice house. Parking is a bit difficult to reverse park the car but not too difficult.

Overall, it was a wonderful and pleasant stay. Good It was very spacious, everything was stylish, clean, and a pleasant stay. It was full of stairwells, but it was comfortable without being cold. The space in the library was also interesting. I also enjoyed the sauna. The sauna doesn't support credit payments, so I'd appreciate it even more if it's included in the listing price from the beginning... There were delicious rice restaurants and take-out meals around the house, so Morito Shrine was also a short walk in the neighborhood, making it a great location. The surrounding information and house details were carefully listed and sent in advance, which was very helpful and helpful. Disadvantages The road in front of the house was very narrow, so it was a little annoying to use the car.If you are not confident in driving, I thought it might be better to use a nearby coin-operated parking lot. I was able to relax in the room for that reason, so it was good. In the listing description, there was a description of the BBQ set for free, but it was unfortunate that I wanted to rent it and it was now that I replied that it was paid because I wanted to rent it.You made this offer for free, but I'm sorry I couldn't use it. For 2 nights and 3 days, the amount of amenities was less than expected based on the number of people, there was less toilet paper, and I was often consumed at home, so I was a little annoyed. I heard that it was an auto lock, but the key didn't work, and when I inquired about the problem, the connection was poor.I thought it would be helpful if you could let me know in advance.

I used it on a trip with a friend.There were also children, and it was used by a large group, but I had a comfortable stay.The information in advance was also easy to understand, and Shizuoka Oden was also provided, which was delicious.The interior was stylish and I was able to enjoy the good parts of the Japanese house. Quiet town, house is seconds away from the beach! convenience store within 5 minutes walk. Had a great stay!

This is such a perfect and cool place in Kyoto for a family of four. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. The windows have amazing views of the city and make for great people watching. The beds and futons are comfy. The 2 bathrooms are so convenient. The dryer dries well which is rare in Japan. The host responds quickly. We also enjoyed the Starbucks right downstairs and the hip rooftop bar above. Things to consider: It’s one big open space so you won’t get much privacy. And there’s only one large sink by the kitchen for both bathroom and kitchen use, which may be a bit awkward. But those were no problems for us. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Kyoto.

I had a very pleasant time in a great location and well-equipped room. I didn't know how well the garbage was sorted (how much can I include in the burning garbage, whether I need to separate cans, bottles, and plastic bottles), so I'm a little worried if I made a mistake. We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.Thank you very much.

Stayed in 402 for two nights in late march. Extremely clean, everything worked and the space was perfect for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Extremely good location for visiting enoshima and very short walk from the nearest stations. Great food choices within the area and very quiet at night. Everything looked very new within the unit, great water pressure for the shower, hot water did require manual turn on and worked great. Door lock took a few times to figure out given the two key holes.

Akiko’s place was just as described and very easy to access. Loved, loved the location and the slideshow Akiko sent along was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful dinner at the local yakiniku restaurant, which we would not have found without Akiko’s recommendation.
