We had a peaceful holiday, the host took care of all our problems, the sea was great, it was like an aquarium, we woke up in the morning with just birds chirping The only problem was the bathroom, rusty water was coming from somewhere, but we didn't mind because it covered the view and calmness, we would like to visit 🤗 again ☺️

We loved it because it is very easy to get to and in a nice place I can say that the interior of the house is perfect, there are all the amenities, there is nothing missing from kitchen supplies to an iron and ironing board, I recommend a place where everyone can be comfortable

Had a lovely stay in Alaçatı! The place was super cozy and comfortable. The host was really nice and helpful — even recommended some great local restaurants to try, which we loved! Location-wise, it’s close to the main road so everything was easily walkable. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful holiday holiday with our 4 adults and 2 pawed daughters. The location of the house, the size of the four rooms, it was very nice to have their own bathrooms. The living room of the house is very passable and has a very nice burning fireplace. We did not have any heating problems with the heaters in each room. The house has a very nice pool and garden for summer. Both Ms. Meray and Ms. Idil were very supportive in all kinds of matters until they left the first booking stage. We easily parked our car around Hacımemiş mosque, the house is only 5 minutes away. A very beautiful home that we also want to experience Little Lucky summer...

We had a very nice and enjoyable holiday. The house is very nice, both the pool and the decoration in the house are very nice and sufficient. Cleanliness and order were great, we felt at home from the moment we entered the house. Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Burak were easily accessible and very kind hosts. Thanks for everything.

mister Enes is a correct and sincere person. the neighbors are friendly. a lot of construction is being done in the Cesme region. You have to take that into account.

WOW. Great vacation villa, it has everything for a perfect vacation in Cesme. One of the few villas here that are furnished and built to European standards. All furniture is of very high quality. My absolute highlight: The kitchen with the Jura coffee machine and the coffee from "kahvedünyasi"😍 The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a large TV. The pool is large and clean and the terrace offers plenty of space. The beds are very cozy. Surroundings are quiet and local, which I really a lot. Everything is within walking distance and Alacati is minutes away.

Lovely house! Spotless with a gorgeous outdoor area. We felt very much at home. You will need a car in this area to discover so much more of Cesme. So many great local restaurants you can walk to or the host can recommend others not far away.

Friendly and responsible host. Beautiful and Safe Neighborhood, clean water and beach, free parking , filtered water on tab. We asked for recommendations about the area and honestly all of our host recommendations were spot on, perfect. Villa felt like home, all of us felt calm and relaxed.

We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. Mr. Ihsan was also very interested. Thanks for everything, hope to see you again:):)

Everything was as the photos were as seen, the cleanliness was nice. Everything you need at home is available. we had a pleasant time with our group of friends

Beautiful, modern and stylish home with a lovely set of amenities. We loved the sauna, steam room, pool, and of course, the downstairs game room. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Kaan was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was lovely and Kaan even brought us coffee pods which was a lovely bonus. Check in / out was stress free and the house was really homely. We would stay here again definitely.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. A really great vacation that was really fun. Thank you very much for that

The room was so clean and located perfectly away from the business of Alacati. One down side is that the room is very dark, however, because of the extreme heat the room is protected and was cool all the time. Another thing is that the AC doesn’t work perfectly. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay again:)

Despina is an absolutely amazing host! The space was fantastic and just what we needed to experience Rouketopolemos like locals. There is local food, plenty of room, great hospitality and so much local knowledge, which Despina is more than happy to share. There were some great goodies in the room as well which we very much enjoyed. If you are looking for something truly authentic, this is it. When I had problems with the flights, Despina came to the rescue and used her local knowledge to get me out of an enormous jam, for which I will be forever grateful. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay.

year is a very wonderful person. He helped us a lot. He left a lot of necessities. Like water , tea and coffee. Kitchen supplies were sufficient and clean. The house was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and comfortable , the WiFi was fast. The location was extremely central. There was a large smart TV. It made our trip very nice. We recommend. Thank you.

Semra was extremely helpful, gave recommendations and responsive to any queries. Home was clean, tidy and exactly as in pictures. Garden lovely too. The tiny local shop had lots of amazing fruit and veg and we felt like they began to know our daily trips. We will return.

This was the second time we stayed at Tuğçe’s lovely place in Chios town. We like the closeness to the harbor, to the restaurants but also the supermarkets. The apartment has been recently done up, feels very new and clean and is equipped with everything you need. It is perfectly located to explore the island. Tuğçe is very friendly and responsive, so we can only recommend to stay with her!
