It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

PADEL TENNIS / HEATED POOL / PICKLEBALL To preserve the tranquility of the surroundings and the rest of the neighbours, in this house *parties, celebrations, stag/hen parties, loud music, shouting or any behaviour that generates annoying noise are not allowed, both during the day and especially at night.* It has a heated pool, a paddle tennis court, pickleball, a barbecue, table tennis, and a pool table. All for the exclusive use of the tenants. It is accessed from a 5.5 km dirt track, and it takes 10 to 20 minutes.

There is air conditioning in every room as well as central heating. The flat is on the highest floor of a residential block provided with a lift. Premises are wheelchair accessible. Newly renovated, on the street (no steps), very cozy and with all amenities. Located in the historic center, close to the emblematic Puerta de Bisagra and Puerta del Sol. You can drive your car to the same door, leave your luggage and take it to the Safont paid parking lot (500 m.) or the Azarquiel free parking lot (1,000 m.).

It occupies the second floor and terrace of a building built around 1900.
