Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tolland County

Choedon was very responsive but honestly I didn’t have many questions. The house was organized well with extra towels and such that it was a very low maintenance trip. Thank you for having us!

We were so much more than pleased with everything about this warm, welcoming and beautiful home. It was perfect for our friends gathering. Keith was very accommodating and very responsive. The area is close to so many different attractions. I would highly recommend staying here

Absolutely lovely home. Interior was immaculately clean and looked newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable. View of the river from the kitchen and sunroom was tranquil. Perfect stay.

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

We were in the area to meet our son's fiance's extended family. Nathania's home was perfect! We had 7 adults and 5 little boys ages 9, 7, 5, 2, and 2 months. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the time together. The hot tub, kayaks, and foosball table were especially popular! We were able to host a family dinner with guests which was wonderful. Everything we needed for preparation was readily available. Lots of beautiful parks, playgrounds, hiking areas. Plenty to keep everyone entertained! Nathania was extremely kind, gracious, and responsive to questions. We had absolutely zero issues. So grateful for a wonderful vacation. Thank you for sharing your idyllic home with us. We hope to visit again!!!

The house felt like coming home. Everything you need was provided. The location is beautiful as is the surrounding area. We needed proximity to family and this was a perfect spot. All the amenities in the home were available and perfect for a weeklong stay. Thank you for a great stay!

Wow! My group of 7 humans + one pup had a great stay for two nights at Lynn’s place. The house had more than enough room for us to spread out, but also plenty of spaces for gathering together. Everything was perfect. The beds were large and comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bathrooms were *very* well stocked with tons of extra towels (I’ve rarely seen this happen in my many Airbnb stays!). There were even charging cords of every kind left around the bedrooms and in the kitchen, making it easy to charge our phones without having to dig out our own cords. The back yard was large and our dog enjoyed being able to roam and lay alongside us on the deck. Just, a wonderful stay. Would come again! Thanks so much!

Stan is terrific! Flexible on both entry and exit and was very helpful with anything we needed. The place is perfect for kids, safe and fun and the hot tub was perfect for downtime at the house!

We had a wonderful stay!! The lock was stuck upon check-in but the host called us (it was the middle of the night) and walked us through getting it open. She was so friendly and helpful! The place itself was perfect. Great kitchen, sleeping areas, clean and wonderfully decorated. Even with the lock issue, this was a 5 star stay and we have absolutely no complaints. We had 3 people and we felt like we had plenty of room. It’s also right down the street from the Mohegan Sun!!! So perfect place to stay if you want to visit the resort. You can’t get a better location. Also very quiet area.

Ada’s villa was absolutely immaculate! We stayed over as we were visiting Norwich Inn and Spa, which had availability for services but not for a stay. Finding Ada’s beautiful studio was amazing for us! It is on the property and there are several local restaurants close by - check out Mido Sushi! Ada left a thoughtful welcome note and his place had every amenity he advised it would, including linens, towels, toiletries, and coffee! He also provided easy to follow instructions to enter the villa. We did not need to contact him at all because he was so proactive and engaging with us! We cannot wait to come back and stay again! It is convenient to both Mohegan and Foxwoods, and we checked out Herb’s this morning, as well as Preson Ridge!

My wife and I were looking for a nice quiet and peaceful spot near Mohegan, and this was by and far the best space to be in for a short holiday. Very relaxing and full of light. Loved!

The hostess was very helpful and very responsive. The condo was as described and lovely for our family reunion. It was very clean, very comfortable and so welcoming. We were just a couple of minutes away from the Mohegan Sun casino. The area is beautiful. Highly recommend!

was a very cute place. well maintined and clean. originally i booked it for the pool, but the pool was closed. but it was so quiet and peaceful, it was still enjoyable.

Overall the stay was amazing, you’ll find it cheaper here (Airbnb) than the actual booking site which blows my mind. It’s important to know the fireplace is off and isn’t allowed to be turned on. And, our host was amazing, we got caught in a snow storm and thought we would be snowed in and Amanda made communication and resolving my issues as seamless as possible. The “spa” is really just a public jacuzzi but it’s also relatively private (it’s in a nice location). For anyone booking here I would recommend looking into spas surrounding the area and booking those ahead of time as well cause they’re kinda steep. The stay was quiet and nice a good getaway from life, couple of restaurants around which makes life easier and that’s really it. I’d give this stay 4/5 stars
