Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Tolland County

This is our first visit to Hartford and we very much enjoyed all the city had to offer. This place was close to the river, the Bushnell Theater, the Wadsworth museum and some good restaurants.

This place was cozy! I loved the rainfall showerhead so much that I now want one. My favorite part was the informational binder supplied, as this was my very first time in the area. My daughter is attending Smith in the fall, and we came to check out the area. I did love the porch as well. Perfect view when it was raining and snowing.

The place was terrific. Clean, cozy, exactly as described. Susan very generously left us a bottle of wine from a local shop. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Susan's communication was terrific and the instructions were clear. If you like to cook, then you might like to hear that the knives were sharp! We had a great stay and would happily stay again the next time we're in the area.

Susan was so kind and let us in early when the rain really was coming down! My kids really appreciated the kids books! kitchen was well stocked but we barely touched it! all was very easy!

House was in a great location for our families needs. Hosts were very helpful and addressed any needs and concerns we had almost immediately. Even with our rambunctious children and parking issues (not on hosts end) the hosts were polite throughout the stay.

The house was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the well -equipped kitchen and even included flour, spices and sauces. Top quality everywhere. We hiked in the adjacent state park and enjoyed that immensely. The game room was fun with billiards and pinball as well as other games. Alexa activated all the lights on voice command. Hosts met us when we arrived and walked us through the house. We hope to return each year.

Found this little gem after refusing to pay $350 a night at the casino hotel. Location super easy to find. Felt super safe. On street parking right out front. The 3rd floor space is huge! Absolutely spotless, beds super comfortable with doors that locked for security, big open kitchen space. We enjoyed a bottle of wine before the hockey game. The bathroom was also just spotless. Super quiet location and the heat definitely kept us warm on a winter's night. An Uber ride to downtown was super affordable. Hope to return again and again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! One of the best I've stayed in ever!

We came as a group of friends with a baby to stay at Blake and Tracy's house, and we had a great stay. They were very communicative and accommodated all our requests to ensure our stay was excellent. They asked in advance if it would be okay for their child to stay in his room inside the house, and we agreed. We didn’t see him at all during our stay, and it didn’t disturb us in the slightest. The fact that Blake and Tracy live right next door was convenient, as they were readily available for anything we needed, but we never felt their presence. We will definitely come back!

Super Communicative host, had a few rules but was super transparent and understanding. Home was showcased properly and met expectation, as well as the home was very clean and left us a bunch of necessity’s as far towels paper, garbage bags, detergent ect… THIS IS WHAT A AIRBNB IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved this place the beds were comfortable and Richard was very nice and easy to talk to he also responds fast a lot of activities for us to do overall loved the place would definitely stay again!!!

Milani is a wonderful host, she waited for us and showed us around the room. And she is always available via phone when we need her. Great experience.

We had a lovely time—beautiful surroundings, walkable location, and great recommendations nearby. The space was super clean with lots of linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. Communication was clear and easy, and check-in was a breeze! However, the beds and pillows were extremely stiff—everyone in our group woke up sore. The listing is also a bit misleading about the bathrooms. There’s really only one true, functional bathroom for all guests. The upstairs one is very small and awkward, and there’s no bathroom access for the guest suite outside. With 6 people, sharing one shower was tough, and it’s hard to imagine even more guests being comfortable. We loved many aspects of the stay, though for the price, a bit more comfort would’ve made it perfect. Overall, we enjoyed the stay thanks to the setting and thoughtful details, but hopefully someone will read this and understand the layout more clearly!

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. This is clearly someone’s home, that has been loved and lived in. If your looking for a place that is comfortable and feels like home, this is the place! Matt was super, we only needed to get in touch with him once about a quick wifi issue (that was resolved before he could do anything) but he was ON IT. FAST. And very gracious. The house is much bigger than we expected. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Matt!!
