Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Apartment with private terrace on the 3rd floor with elevator, by the sea in the center of the Gulf of Mondello, between the nature reserves of Capo Gallo and Monte Pellegrino within walking distance. Below the house, there is an equipped beach, pharmacy, bakery, banks, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. Bus stops and taxi service behind the house, to reach Palermo in 15 minutes. On foot or by free shuttle, you can reach the square of the village of Mondello.

Apartment 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Mondello and 20 minutes from the characteristic historic center of Palermo. We have 2/6 beds (including 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bed and a sofa bed 1/2 , a kitchen ,2 terraces, one with barbecue , a laundry room and two parking spaces with a charging station. Also for our guests, a shared swimming pool available on request, where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation.
