Located 20 minutes from the beach (30 minutes by train). We want to make the house even more pleasant, which is why the decor will evolve over time. The accommodation is part of the Gites Manilea - Saint-Laurent-de-la-Pree Animals are not tolerated.

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by Cognac vineyards. Its 'Bauhaus Style' with cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
