Enjoy an ultra comfortable Tuft & Needle queen-sized mattress, Netflix on a 4k display with a discrete ceiling-integrated audio surround where you can easily connect your own device with or without a wire, as well as a clean, freshly-tiled Delta rain shower. The audio system can extend outdoors to the rock speakers with a push of button and a volume knob. In the room, you’ll have access to a wall-mounted Murphy desk with plenty of outlets and a modern, extra large 3-blade fan with a dimmable light. Windows can be opened out toward the lush backyard with an oval table for working or dining. The kitchen is simple, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and a Vitamix. The sofa folds down to accommodate up to two other guests. For your safety, there are outdoor residential cameras on the property, however, guests have complete privacy in their area. The room’s other amenities include the fastest available residential fiber optic internet downloads and upload speeds, eight USB high speed charging outlets, a WII U, XBox One & Xbox 360 with Kinect and (a sleeve of games), an Apple TV (watch HBO/Showtime, CNN, or any other channel with an app). Feel free to use our already-logged-in Netflix account or use yours (or ours) Apple TV account to enjoy the latest movies or shows. With Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods only four blocks away, our guests can pick up some treats, open up the new windows, make themselves a smoothie, and get work done or unwind at their own pace. If you're interested in shopping, the indoor Westfield Topanga Mall & or the luxurious outdoor mall, "The Village", is about two miles away. It features some of the most popular and innovative restaurants in Los Angeles. An Equinox gym is a little over a mile away and rooftop tennis courts are available behind the Hilton Hotel about a mile and a half away (M, W ($20 Clinic with Nick) T, TH, S - drop-in doubles, $10). You can come and go at your leisure without ever disturbing the main house using the side entrance. There is an outdoor space reserved for our visitors, including a dining area. If you need help, send us a message and we can help you promptly. We'd love to meet you if we see you and are ready to help or answer any questions. Otherwise, we provide our guests with privacy during their stay. The house is located in Woodland Hills, a Los Angeles neighborhood near the Warner Center. Popular gastropubs, restaurants, and grocery stores are easily reached on foot on Ventura Boulevard. Unlike many chain hotels in the area located in commercial sprawls, the bungalow welcomes into a neighborhood street with plenty of parking that is social and very walkable. It's not uncommon to see our neighbors walking in a store on Ventura Blvd. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes of walking along Ventura Blvd. Woodland Hills Uber rides arrive quickly and usually take you to the mall for under five bucks. Metro Orange Line Metro - (2 miles) This dedicated busway connects to the Red Line underground metro rail in North Hollywood. Airport We are about 30-45 minutes away from Bob Hope (Burbank) Airport / 45-60 minutes away from LAX. It costs about $32.00 (non-surge) to take an UBER on a Saturday morning at 9 am. We share our home and backyard with our friendly dog, Enzo (7). Enzo spends most of his time indoors, but if you're lucky you might see him roam around the backyard for a couple of minutes. He's very friendly and cute. Guests staying for two weeks or longer will have cleaning services available. There is plenty of street parking. To park on the street (not adjacent ones) for more than two hours, you will need a parking permit which we provide in the bungalow. There is a 50 dollar replacement fee if the permit is not returned to bungalow.

All the amenities you’ll need in an open format studio. Owned by interior designers who put a lot of love and style into this updated cabin. Tucked away in Topanga (yet only minutes from town) sits Chandler Farms, a 500 sq ft cabin. Recently remodeled, the cabin is a perfect mix of rustic & luxury featuring a private deck with a hammock facing breathtaking views and a massive walk in shower. A newly remodeled guest cabin with a private front yard and a huge private deck overlooking the canyon. A gorgeous 2 person bathroom with double sinks and a spa style shower with a bench and skylight. Raw hard wood ceilings with rustic touches makes this a unique yet comfy space. Just a 2 minute drive from rustic Topanga and 10 minutes from the beaches of Santa Monica and Malibu, we are also directly across the street from Topanga state park, the largest tract of park land in Los Angeles. Trailhead is within walking distance with access to miles of trails of varying difficulty. Red Rock Canyon is also 5 minute drive. Over the ridge to the Valley is 12 minute drive with access to all modern shopping amenities and restaurants. Its really up you. We are a super chill couple with years of airbnb experience as both hosts and guests. Your space is your own private area that is connected to the main house by a short trail. We are always available to help with advice about the area or to just hang out and trade travel stories. Topanga is a special place that has been occupied by native americans for hundreds of years. They chose this area for its lush vegetations, calm winds and dry temperate climate. The moisture comes up the canyon every morning and evening to feed the vegetation. It truly is a mountainous paradise within proximity to all LA has to offer. The people are a laid back mix of musicians, artists and film makers from all over the world. You can literally get lost in the maze of meandering roads and trails that give sight to the eclectic architecture and natural vistas. Everyday the weather is near perfect - you have to experience it yourself to fully understand. A rental car is a must in LA. You can use LYFT or UBER to get to and from the city but it is not as convenient as having your own wheels. A taxi can be taken from LAX or Burbank airports to the cabin. Mountain biking and hiking are great ways to explore the area. Several trails originate near our home and can be taken all the way down to the coast. Topanga Creek Bicycles is just down the street and is one of the coolest bike shops on the west coast. They offer great deals on mountain bike rentals and can give you advice on what trails you should explore for your skill level. The cabin is a guest house on our property with its own parking space. We have 2 driveways so parking is never an issue. The cabin has a kitchen with a fridge, 2 burner range and a microwave. The private deck features a picnic table, a hammock, two lounge chairs and a small propane Weber grill. Available for any help/guidance! And we love to meet our guests but fully respect their privacy. The cabin is a few minutes' drive to Topanga and some great organic restaurants as well as fun shops. Drive to the beach in Malibu or stay in the area and commune with nature on a hike or bike ride. Topanga Creek Bicycles is just down the street and is one of the coolest bike shops on the west coast. They offer great deals on mountain bike rentals and can give you advice on what trails you should explore for your skill level.

This knoll top home with canyon views off the front and back reflects my love of original art, travel, and the outdoors. We're unique in our location, privacy and vibe. Unlike a lot of Canyon homes, we get a lot of sunlight, from dawn to dusk. Past guests have commented the best time to enjoy the home is at sunset, hanging on the deck, letting the day wind down. Topanga is a quiet village in the Santa Monica Mountains. It’s name means “Where the mountains meet the sea”. It’s a good place to be during these times. My place is in an ancient oak forest walking distance to Topanga State Park and it’s hiking trails. We are surrounded by beautiful nature. Its only 10 min to the beach/Malibu and 20 min to Santa Monica/Venice or Woodland Hills. The town center with restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops and our library is only 2 min away.
