A lovely attached cottage, own private garden, parking space, shared use of the main house gardens and pool looking out to sea in the heart of the South Hams. A beautiful historic house renovated with cool retro decor, super-fast WiFi, hardwired TV with Netflix in a cosy sitting room. As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Well equipped 'eat in' kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with fresh linen and towels.

It is a 15 min walk to Meadfoot beach and a 7 min walk to Anstey's cove. There is a small high street with a supermarket, a deli, a pub, a post office and some more shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the house and its a 20 minute walk to the town and harbour.
