Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

A very nice accommodation with a lake plot and beach in a fantastic location. Inside, there is a large area that combines kitchen with living room containing a cozy fireplace. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. No washing machine. Space for six people as the sofa is a sofa bed. The water is not drinkable but washable. There is a filled 10-liter can on arrival that can be refilled inside the village's local Ica store. Small cottage on the plot with an additional four beds. Rowing boat is down on the beach. Fishing license is required.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Trampoline on the property for children. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are grocery stores, nice walking paths along the lake Barken and a marina. 2 minutes by car to ski slope and cross-country trails. 30 minutes by car to Romme alpine. 15 minutes to Hagge golf course. Swimming area is about 10 minutes walk away. The space You have the whole house to yourself. Parking is outside with room for 2 cars.

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
