There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Totally recommended house, equipped with all comforts and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with a multitude of gardens to walk around and close to the beach of the minor sea. We will definitely repeat David - Larisa - Atreyu

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

What a fantastic place to stay for our visit to Cartagena! Carlos’s house was beautifully furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The house felt very airy and light which was great for us. The kitchen was a perfect size for our needs and the dining area and lounge were great for relaxing. The bathrooms were just right, with good space and very clean and tidy. The bedroom was a relaxing place to rest and sleep at the end of a busy day visiting sites, restaurants etc. The roof terrace was fantastic, so good to be able to sit up there and enjoy a coffee and glass of wine. Right from the initial communications Carlos gave us all the information we needed to get to the house as well as information about places to eat and things to see / do. Engaging with Carlos was great he was friendly, professional and polite. I also appreciated that he didn’t bombard us with messages, he just gave us exactly what we needed. A great place to stay, a fantastic host, thank you so much ☺

We loved this home. We didn't need anything... BBQ on the terrace, very nice and with privacy. You can park on the street without problems. There is a very cute beach and very close. The apartment is very well equipped and Margarita was super friendly, communicative and flexible to meet our travel needs (2 couples). We will definitely be back here! 😃

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

The house is very nice and well equipped. From our point of view, however, it is more suitable for a family with a younger daughter, as the 2nd bedroom has only a narrow bed and is designed like a game room for little girls. The dishwasher is very small and difficult to fill. We enjoyed everything else very much.

The impressive house,better than the photos ,everything was clean and tidy there was nothing missing in the house to be able to enjoy it, the children had a great time,the pool surprised us since it had very good depth and was very clean and well cared for. Different areas outside to be able to be. We didn't get to use the sauna but it looked great. Very quiet area but close to Santa Pola just 14 minutes away . Benko is very kind and attentive. We'll try to come back for sure!!!!

My stay in Quesada, Spain was a truly wonderful experience. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Each room had a modern decor, and the pool was clean and refreshing — a perfect way to cool down on warm days. Quesada is a small but beautiful town. The local restaurants offer delicious Spanish food, and there are great options nearby for visiting the coast. The town is peaceful and safe, making it an ideal place to relax. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — whether you're looking for a quiet vacation or want to explore a bit of local culture, Quesada has something for everyone. And 10 out of 10 for the host.

We know MMGR well from previous stays, but it was 5 years ago. It is one nice, well cared for and safe place for big and small. If we had any questions, the host responded very quickly and things worked out in a nice way. A nice host in one nice and pleasant place.

Fab accommodation clean and easy to access, central location to lots of bars and restaurant 5 minutes walk to the beach and boulevard, friendly host and very helpful, would recommend staying here.

We loved the apartment and the area. It has a walk right on the beach when turning the building and 8 minitos walking to a small and nothing crowded beach. The pool is very good and the piso nos Encanto. Irina and her friend were very attentive. 100% recommended and a place we would go back to. Thank you for everything irina

Wonderful stay,we were all very comfortable, the house is magnificent and super big ,in it you find the peace and relaxation one needs,nature and fun for children and adults we will definitely come back! It is beautiful and with all the amenities, we also went with our dogs and they were super at ease 🩷 the house and the space is a paradise in nature, and mari carmen was super friendly and attentive.
