In Porto Cesareo with independent access. 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to downtown. The room in Via Marinaci can only accommodate 2 people. The price includes consumption, initial and final cleaning. Linen change and room tidying is provided every 3/4 days, depending on the length of stay. We provide the necessary items for a simple breakfast. From October to May, there are no housekeeping, linen change or breakfast services.

The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.
