A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on the property, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Our Pre-American Civil War building boasts original brick, high ceilings and rounded archways. MUST BE ABLE TO DO STEPS. Within minutes of the loft are; wineries, distilleries, restaurants microbreweries and amazing lake views.
