We were very comfortable in David's apartment, we felt right at home! Everything was very clean and tidy, it was even nicer in person than in photos. The entrance was very wide where to leave things, we went with a 2-year-old girl and she came great to leave her cart. Definitely a very nice and quiet place to enjoy the weekend.

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

Great apartment in a very well-located area of Madrid. The apartment was exactly as described in the advert and the hosts were very responsive. The apartment itself is within walking distance of almost all major attractions and the metro is a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again. the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

Tidy house, with kitchen, 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, terrace, sofa, TV. All the comforts of home, with order and cleanliness in the house, is also very pleasant aesthetically the decor and the structure. Almost a shame to leave, the only downside is the area quite outside the center

We rented the accommodation with 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: swimming pool, barbecue, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, play board games, etc. while the rest could rest without a problem. And Teba, the host, was super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.

Best place to stay in Madrid. Great location and best host ever. Gillermo and Vojko were very attentive and responsive since we arrived. The appartment was in good condition with everything you need to stay in Madrid, walkable distance to everything, Plaza España, Gran Via, markets, Panaderia, etc. I recommend 100%.
