Charming accommodation of 42m2 completely renovated located on the ground floor of our house close to the city center. It includes an entrance hall, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large living room with kitchen equipped dining area and living room all with exposed beams, as well as a large bedroom. The accommodation is located, on foot, 3 minutes from a supermarket, 5 minutes from the city center, and 5 minutes from the hunt Sainte Bernadette. Free parking in front of the accommodation.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !

There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.
