Vacation rentals with a patio in Tortolì

Beautiful place. Sandrina was very nice, she welcomed us with fruit, vegetables and other foods. She was always available, responding quickly to our questions.

Paola is a great person and the perfect host. Friendly, with a lovely family. The place was ideally clean. You have to say it's a bit dark because it's partially on the ground floor (but it's stated in the first sentence of the description, and we came fully aware of it). It's literally 1 minute walking from the port. Thank you, Paola :)

Loved the location. Easy walk to everything - restaurants, beach, grocery store. Host was great, responded to any question very quickly. Apartment was just as pictured and had everything we needed including some basic kitchen items like oil and salt. Might feel a little small for larger family but was perfect for the 2 of us and extra room gave us space to spread out. Enjoyed having breakfast every morning on the balcony off the master bedroom. Will definitely return on our next trip!

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

We spent four nights at the beautiful place in Baunei, it was perfect throughout. Everything was very high quality and lovingly decorated and designed, we didn't lack anything. We would love to stay longer and would come back anytime. The view from the balcony into the valley was unique.

Good morning, we were guests at this beautiful house the week from August 5th to 12th. The owners are exquisite people, the house is very clean, located on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view! The apartment is in the beautiful village of Braunei, on foot you are immediately in the village, yet it is quiet. You have a fantastic view of the valley, the mountains and even the sea (from the terrace). If guests walk from the house on their terrace, that can be heard - but it didn't bother at all! The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped and when we were missing something, Elias brought it to us in a few hours! He is extremely accommodating and helpful and has given us valuable tips for restaurants and excursions. Absolutely recommended!

Apartment in a beautiful location with a nice view of the mountain and the sea, well equipped also inside and outside with nice seating and sunbeds. A lot of nice beaches were accessible by car within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and shop.

Marianna and Vittorio are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were greeted on arrival with a fruit basket, wine and jams. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and in the courtyard there is a grill and even a pizza oven. The 3-zone air conditioning is also extremely pleasant. There are beautiful beaches and hiking opportunities in the area!! For my birthday, Marianna baked extra cookies for me!! We and our children felt at home. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We are both in our early 60s and enjoyed the tranquility, surroundings, proximity to the sea and the cozy cottage immensely. The amenities inside and outside were just outstanding. Large refrigerator, freezer, super kitchen, bathroom and also the outdoor shower....everything wonderful. When we ran out of gas, a new gas bottle was connected within just one hour and we had hot water again. Communication was simply excellent. Finding the property was a bit adventurous but lastly, it was easy. The beach was very close and also reachable in less than 10 minutes with my new knee joint. We have rarely felt so comfortable and will be happy to come back. However, if you are looking for action and many bars and the like, you are in the wrong place. Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Overall, we were very satisfied. Manuela was very nice and always available. The house was good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from the place. Kitchen has the essentials that you need. Even got milk, coffee powder, and a bottle of water. The air conditioning in the living/dining room is loose enough for the whole house. Cools very well!The property is a dream and is very quiet. It grows grapes, figs, pears, from which we were allowed to eat and from time to time we got fresh eggs from the chickens. Great also that there is a washing machine. However, the way to the house is not for lowered cars. The highlight is the open terrace. Just the many flies are a bit annoying. In the evening with candles everything is great! The beaches near Foxi Murdegu and Foxi Manna are very nice and not overcrowded like many others.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Signora Daniela very helpful and communicative and attentive to the needs of its guests. Very nice one-bedroom apartment located inside a small building, very well cared for and clean, furnished with great taste and complete with everything you can feel at home. About a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian center of Tortoli and just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Highly recommended

The stay at Manuel's apartment exceeded all expectations! The style of the apartment is just beautiful, everything was very clean and we felt at home. Parking in the garage was great for us as we were traveling with our private car. We will be happy to come back :)

The beautifully furnished apartment is located in Baunei and thus perfectly between the sea and the mountains. For us, the proximity to the great hikes was decisive (a short hike even starts directly in Baunei). The apartment itself is nicely decorated, bright and has a great view from the kitchen windows. Gian Marco always responded directly and despite our lack of Italian knowledge, communication worked well. We can really only recommend a stay here :)

Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need to feel good (including salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, tea, towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc.). Incredibly beautiful view of the bay, magnificent roof terrace. In the area, great hikes in dream bays (optionally also by boat), various restaurants within walking distance. Very nice contact with Eva, many useful tips in the apartment. We would come back anytime.

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need, exactly as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommended. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. The surrounding area is also beautiful, there is a really long sandy beach 5 minutes away by car, which borders on a pine forest. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more, you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.
