Completed in 2020 in the wilderness village of Pulju, the stylish log cabin built by the owners themselves offers you wonderful opportunities to relax in the peace of the wilderness village all year round. The nearest services can be found in Levi (50km) and the nearest airport is in Kittilä (70km). At the property, you'll have access to the entire cottage, a yard shelter, and a heating point for the car. The surrounding nature with its diverse waters offers nature experiences in all seasons. The nearby Puljutunturi is a great hiking destination. No hunting.

The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

Create memories in our old house that we love deeply. You will be accommodated in a quiet old courtyard a little further away from the bustling Levi tourist resort. From the window you can see reindeer and when you walk in the yard you can see the northern lights in the sky. In the morning, you will be part of the reindeer herder's everyday life and we will feed the reindeer together. If you are lucky, the tame reindeer may come to sniff you and even let you pet them. Reindeer are semi-domestic, so they are in the forest from May to November.

Vanha-Seppälä

Built in 1965, the house (3 rooms, kitchen, sauna, toilet) is located in Finnish Lapland in the natural and peaceful village of Kaukonen near Kittilä. Kaukosa is home to the famous Särestöniemi Art Museum. At Villa Magia, you can admire ceramics, unique clothes, and jewelry. In early June, Kaukos hosts the Silence Festival. Near Yllästunturi, Lainio has Snow Village, a snow village and hotel. The distance from the property is 40 km (35 min) to Levitunturi, 26 km to Yllästunturi and 20 km to Snow Village.

Villa Magia is situated in Kaukonen village on the banks of the river Ounasjoki. Sauna Cottage as the other log buildings in the courtyard are from the late 19th century. Sauna is recently renovated to suit more modern comforts. The accommodation includes a convertible sofa, a loft bed, a fridge, a microwave oven, a water cooker, a coffee maker, plates, cups and cutlery. But there is no proper kitchen! And in the Sauna Cottage there is a Finnish sauna, of course with a shower and a toilet.
