75 m2 2-bedroom cottage, in the commune of Burgaud, 30 km from Toulouse in the countryside on an estate of 11 hectares. You can walk in our forest, fish in our two ponds (no kill), enjoy the many hiking trails in the area and taste the excellent local cuisine. We are half an hour from Toulouse which will allow you to visit the Pink City while enjoying the calm of the countryside. In Le Burgaud there is an "Animaparc" amusement park.

Large Toulouse house (180 m²) in co-ownership with castle (Château de la Balme). A small private garden with terrace, children's games and 1 large park of 2 hectares. This is our main home, we live there with our two children (10 and 6 years old). We rent it so we can continue to restore it and go on vacation. We are 25 minutes from Toulouse.
