Renovated mazot, perched at 800 m alt. View of the valleys of the Tarentaise and the Combe de Savoie. You will be at the start of several hikes, the Fort du Mont, the Col des Cyclos, the Roche Pourri. The Mazot is 8 minutes from the medieval city of Conflans and 10 minutes from the city center of Albertville. The Saisies ski resort is 35 km away and 29 km for the Crest-Volland and Arêches resorts. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Small quiet independent studio on the ground floor (near Albertville). Folding bed + sofa. Please note, the sofa is integrated into the folding bed, so it is not a 2nd bed!!! Parking, bike and ski storage. Possibility of loan of sheets and towels for €10/week. Choice of cleaning: you do it (products, equipment available) or €10 if done by the host. Enclosed land, garden access, garden furniture. No pets allowed. Shops and various activities nearby.

The studio I am offering is located at the rear of the main house. Independent entrance and a key box awaits you for perfect autonomy. Living room area – bedroom carefully decorated as well as the sauna. Next door, we have created a single room that houses the shower room and kitchenette, so don't be surprised😃. Small outdoor terrace with valley views. Quiet accommodation, nature, wood, parking next to the studio.

The Red House, the Apartment

Enjoy a comfortable stay, 200 m from Albertville train station and close to the city center. Fully equipped, freshly renovated, 60 m2. A bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room/kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, and has a fully independent entrance. We are available if needed, but if not, you will have total privacy and tranquility.
