In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Family home with private pool in Touraine

Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Old mill from the 19th century and its pond

In the heart of the main Châteaux de la Loire, you will enjoy 4 spacious rooms and annexes located in an old mill located on 5 hectares of nature. The ubiquitous presence of water, heated swimming pool (opening from 15/06 to 15/09) (pond, river, washhouse...) will mark your stay in depth. The area is good for families (with kids) and groups. The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture. From 05/15 to 09/30, if weather conditions permit, you can enjoy the heated and secure pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.
