Studio 82 is in the perfection location for those looking to stay outside the CBD. The Air BnB was modern, clean, spacious, comfortable and had everyone one would need during a stay. The hosts were so warm and welcoming with plenty of great recommendations.

Loved our stay. Cathy and Kurt were friendly and genuine hosts, with helpful local suggestions. Close to Lake Herdsman, walks and birdwatching and the fantastic Herdsman Food Market, with quality prepared meals. Very well appointed and thoroughly clean. Highly recommended.

We had a very comfortable weekend experiencing some of the best of Floreat. So easy to get anywhere but also great walks on your doorstep and excellent breakfast just a block or so away. Maree is a friendly host, responsive when required otherwise left us to enjoy our stay.

We had a great stay at Shuling's place! Although we didn't meet her during the stay, we had the distinct pleasure of meeting Roy and Laddawan who very kindly facilitated our check-in, ensured we had everything we needed during the stay and we even had a lovely long conversation with them before checking-out. We truly felt at home with their warm hospitality. The house is in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, there is a supermarket, cafe and some shops right across the road, extremely convenient. The house (which is a granny house located at the back of the main house) itself is perfect and spotless, with every amenity provided. It is quite large and suitable for families. They even very kindly provided use of their Netflix and Google Nest. We are thankful that they allowed us to check-in early and check-out later to accommodate our flight schedule. Overall, Roy and Laddawan are wonderful hosts who provide a value for money, spotless and convenient home away from home. We will be back!
