Apartment in the center of Trafaria, restaurants, coffee shop, butcher shop, grocery store, buses and especially a direct boat to Lisbon (Belém) when going down the street from the building, parts of the ceiling are slanted! It's the second floor with no elevator. 2 Bedrooms, equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, living/dining room, bathroom! The building is very quiet because it has few floors and older residents, 5 minutes from Costa da Caparica and close to Lisbon! Breakfast Basket fee upon request!

We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

Covacabana - Surf & beach

A comfortable wood lodge in a fishermen village. Surf lovers, you'll go out from the house with your surfboard under your arm. This charming wood cottage with garden and swimming pool is located on the Lisbon South Bay Area, close to the fisherman village of Trafaria. This spectacular location with stunning views over the Atlantic coast it's just 20 minutes away by car to the Lisbon city center. There is also a ferry boat in Trafaria that connects to Lisbon. Once you arrive to the house you are just minutes away from the best beaches of Lisbon.

Very cozy house in a typical fishing village where calm prevails. Great for relaxing with the family. Overlooking Lisbon. A 2-minute walk from the river station where you can take a direct walk to Belém and try its sweets. Trafaria is known for its good fish, so there are great riverside restaurants with terraces. A 5-minute drive from the beaches of Costa da Caparica.
