The house is a charm.... it's simple but it's very cozy, I recommend! The Sebastião that takes care of the house is very attentive and helpful. It has a very narrow passageway on the street to get home, very large cars can struggle. Manú is very attentive and has always attended us promptly.

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable and corresponds exactly to what is described in the listing. Highlight for the pool and gourmet area, which are wonderful – we really enjoyed these spaces. The extensive lawn and beautiful landscape complete the property's charm. In addition, the location is excellent: it is close to the beach, although a little far from the center of Flecheiras to walk. We would like to thank Rafael, always very available and attentive, and his incredible team, especially Lorinho and Débora, who were great. Everyone contributed to making our stay unforgettable. With this team, we were able to make the most of it and also rest a lot. My whole family loved it!

Our stay was so good. The house is spacious, ventilated, and well-equipped. We didn't even have time to enjoy all the rooms, such as a barbecue and the outside back area. I wanted to stay longer. Miguel was extremely helpful. The questions I asked about the place were answered immediately and with the solution to our problem, from the need to buy a tire to the referral of a reliable driver to take young people to Flecheiras. Everything is great!!!

The house is a delight! The space is great — even with the kitchen and living room being more compact, everything works super well and served us perfectly. Everything was clean, organized, and the decor is a charm apart. Very good taste, with that good beach climate that we love. Everything was exactly like the pictures and the description, no surprises. But what really won my heart was the sight... to hear the sound of the sea there is indescribable. A true gift! The access was super easy with the GPS, and the neighborhood is quiet, perfect for rest. And I can't help but praise Mr. Eli the caretaker — very attentive, quick to answer and super gentle at all times. It was a wonderful stay, it met all our expectations. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I definitely want to go back!

My whole family was impressed how good the house is and the host thought of all the amenities they could have in the house. We simply did not lack anything we would need. We hired the service of Mrs. Rosa for a kitchen at the host's guidance and it was very worth it because she cooks very well. Not to mention the wonderful beach and the house pool is spectacular.

the apartment is well located and is close to the beach walking less than 5 minutes. Next to it is a small bakery and around there are very good restaurants. Host AJ was very helpful and always responded quickly. The apartment was very clean and well organized, in addition to the kitchen being well equipped. The pool was also super clean. The place is truly WONDERFUL! A physical space that when we arrived we were delighted. They are a total of 5 suites, we had total privacy and peace of mind. The quality of the furniture used in the house left us enchanted. We were in 13 people, we didn't lack anything It's just great, I highly recommend it. Indico so that others can go through the same wonderful experience we've been through. By the way, the homemaker tb served us every time promptly and quickly. It even has a white bunny that is loose, more beautiful. The hospegagem is just meters from the entrance of the reserve of the almecegas lagoon, to go on foot, for those who like to walk, we went, it was very nice and fun. There's like a little market right on the corner, in the absence of something, it gets resolved. We definitely plan to come back again!

Home is just as described in the listing. Exceptional location, complete condominium with excellent leisure area and very well organized. The house still comes with a 10 employee, Regina, who made our stay even more pleasant, it seemed that we were in a 5-star hotel. The only thing we dislike was that in the first days the top house of another owner was under construction and we weren't notified. Either way, Atilano and Regina went above and beyond to get around the situation. I can say that Atilano is one of the owners who has given us the most attention since we started renting through Airbnb more than 7 years ago. Anyway, I recommend the house and for sure on our return to Flecheiras we will rent again with Atilano.

Beautiful house and a magnificent region. The housekeeper hired, Dona Deuzimar, was extremely kind and proactive. The owner Pascal was attentive and made us feel very welcome.

We love the place, everything very organized and clean. The kitchen is complete with everything, bedrooms with comfortable beds, linens and hammocks. My family and I really like the place! Close to everything and the beach close by. Leamos dog and has a space with excellent grass. Well ventilated and private house. It has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. We were well received and always available for questions.

The home of Carolina is excellent, very close to the beach, a few minutes walk, close to the main restaurants in the city and also the main square, where there is plenty of fun at night. It has 3 very large bedrooms, all are suite and have a good air condition. Very good living area, with excellent barbecue to fraternize with friends. I recommend stay!

The house is Marvelous, super comfortable, fully equipped, impeccable cleaning. My family and I felt at home. The condominium has an excellent structure, with a restaurant in the swimming pool where drinks and snacks and even meals are served. facing the beach, the condominium and foot in the sand. I was only for one night at the house of Cicília, but I found everything we needed to rest from the activities of the day and renew the energy for the next day's activities. While we were in the kitchen, we had the joy of observing some marmosets in the screened window and we were able to interact with them, offering them some berries. It was a moment of relaxation for my family and friends. The house of Cicília is located close to the beach of Mundaú, from the balcony you can see the sea and see the movement in the square...rsrs I wanted to ride a bike, but this time, there was no time. We use the vault for check-out and leave the property quietly. We would like to thank our host for your kindness and attention with us during the stay.

Casa has a good structure. Quiet place, secluded to stay in the seat. I would recommend it. I suggest who wants to go by car, the best access to get there and to go stroll tbm is better.
