The location is very quiet but you can reach the city centre in minutes.

It is located 5 km from the Temple of Segesta and 15 km from the beaches of Castellammare del Golfo and Lo Zingaro. The beautiful salt pans of Marsala and the town of Erice can be reached in 45 km. The airports in Palermo and Trapani are about 35 km away.

Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.

A wonderful penthouse apartment, 20 steps from the sea and inside an incredible noble palace from the early 1800s in the historic center.
