Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, μεγάλο καθιστικό με τζάκι, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, δύο wc και βεράντα με εξαιρετική θέα. Στο πάνω μέρος του σπιτιού θα βρείτε την υπέροχη σοφίτα. Βρίσκεται ανάμεσα από το γραφικό χωριό Ελάτη και το χιονοδρομικό Περτουλίου, δίπλα ακριβώς από την περίφημη ταβέρνα το Ανώγι!

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

Το σπίτι μας διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα, σαλόνι με τζάκι, μπάνιο και 2 ξεχωριστούς εξωτερικούς χώρους για κάθε ώρα της ημέρας με εξαιρετική θέα , την οροσειρά των Τζουμέρκων αλλά και ένα ξεχωριστό ηλιοβασίλεμα.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δημοτικό διαμέρισμα του Μύτικα Πρεβέζης μπροστά στην θάλασσα και μέσα σε οικόπεδο 600 τμ. Αποτελείται από 4 υπνοδωμάτια , 3 μπάνια, και έναν ενιαίο χώρο 100τμ που βρίσκεται η κουζίνα, η τραπεζαρία, το καθιστικό και το σαλόνι. Η πλησιέστερη πλαζ είναι κάτω από το σπίτι σε απόσταση 80 μέτρων. Η πόλη της Πρέβεζας βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 6 χιλιομέτρων και η αρχαία Νικόπολη στα 2 χιλιόμετρα. Το αεροδρόμιο είναι στα 8 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι.
