It was entirely renovated to make it welcoming and functional, but preserving the original features that make it a special place. Next to the building flows the river that once operated the mills, which creates small waterfalls and tanks of clear and fresh water. It is less than 2 km from the Via degli Dei, and 25 minutes from the Rioveggio toll booth (the last km is on dirt road).

1 km from the Rioveggio motorway exit, the apartment is part of the villa where I live with my family. Guests have independent access from the large terrace, without stairs. In the shared yard, where there are 2 harmless dogs, you can park your car. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer, it's always cool, even without air conditioning. There is no kitchen, but there are microwaves, a refrigerator, a coffee machine (with coffee), a kettle, and dishes.
