Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Welcome to our attic house with proximity to both sea and forest. Here you can settle down with a book in front of the fireplace or just rest your eyes on the sea and the meadow in front of the house. The proximity to the sea, and the silence and tranquility is the best thing about our house. We built the house with the help of family and friends during the winter and spring of 2022-2023. Most of the wood decor is from oaks from our own plot. We have built a house that we ourselves want to live in, so we hope you will enjoy it!
