Augustine is really an exceptional hostess. You feel right at home and welcome. In addition, Augustine even surprised us with a homemade cake, croissants, sweets and a chilled Prosecco. She takes care of her guests in a touching way, is very communicative, always available, just a very likeable hostess. The place is also beautiful, even has an interesting history and is located in the countryside, idyllic and quiet, yet not far from the center. The whole ambience is just very inviting and therefore we would like to thank Augustine very much. We felt very comfortable. A highly recommended place to stay!!!

Another very nice stay! The apartment is great, you feel right at home and welcome and the courtyard is so nice! 🤗 The apartment is bright, in the kitchen everything you need is available, in bed we slept well, enjoyed the bathtub - it was a great time all around! We will be happy to come back.

Eva & her husband were super nice, very helpful and responded enormously quickly! The AirBnb was really nice, perfect location with a wonderful view of the lake in the morning from the bed - all in all highly recommended, top landlord and we felt comfortable right from the start! We loved this home, located in a cute town quite close to Hochkar ski resort. 4 of us and the house was fully equipped. Absolutely wonderful.

The apartment is quiet and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home at Ann's first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful host, she always shared with us with questions, even an appointment for the veterinarian she made clear for us with her doc when our dog needed dogs. Thank you, we would love to come back!

The place was very clean and cozy. The bathroom is newly renovated and the kitchen also had everything you need. By car you can get to different hiking parking lots.

The place was nice and clean. Helga helped us with whatever we needed but gave us privacy as well. Very good kitchen, cooked great food. The surroundings are awesome for small kids. Helga has a rabbit and chickens that the kids loved and a very good playground. Barely felt a need to leave the place. We also enjoyed the sauna in the unit We recommend this place very much

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We were passing through - it was perfect for us. Everything clean and tidy. The owner was immediately reachable in case of difficulties.

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a very nice time with the children. The place and location is top. Our kids could romp in the garden, hop on the trampoline or play inside with a number of games. Nearby we visited great excursion destinations such as the Scharnstein ruins, the Kasberg ski resort, the Cumberland Wildpark, the Almsee, the Traunsee and the Eurotherme "Aquapulco ". A highlight for our kids was the farm above the accommodation. From booking to departure, Eike and Verena provided us with tips and ideas and thus helped make our vacation as beautiful as possible. Very nicely located house in a quiet location. The accommodation is very well equipped, both outdoors and indoors (sufficient kitchen utensils, baby equipment, etc.). Gabriela and Lena were very nice, always reachable and very quick to respond. We would come back anytime.

We felt right at home. The whole house is very warm and lovingly furnished. Plenty of room for all six people. In the living room, a fine Swedish stove, which makes it even more cozy. We'd love to come back :)

Everything as described, we can recommend, with big car, be careful at garage entrance.

This is a lovely apartment and is as beautiful as shown. It's perfect for a couple and within easy reach of everything Passau has to offer. Our hosts Astrid and Bernd were helpful, greeting us on our arrival and there to help if needed. Lovely stay.

We liked the place very much, we immediately felt at home. Quietly located, you can be in nature within a few minutes and enjoy the landscape of Austria. Furthermore, we were very pleased about the delicious wine, as well as the little touches in the form of chocolate. We 100% recommend the place.

Very spacious flat in a great location. Two dedicated bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. Sheets and bedding available for us to make up sofa bed. Excellent location and close to everything - no more than 5-10 mins flat walk to shops, bus, train station, restaurants. A really convenient base to explore the area. We did day trips to Hallstätt (20 mins on the train) and a day skiing at Dachstein west (40 mins directly on the bus). Stayed with my senior citizen mother and two sons, we all liked it.

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot
