Great neighborhood restaurants, coffee, grocery a block away. Nothing quite like this in Austin.

Close to 35 and toll roads, Dell Campus, Dell Diamond, shopping at Round Rock Outlets, events at HEB Center, downtown Austin 20 min and COTA 30 min.
