Casa Castellone is surrounded by the green hills of Piacenza, located just 5 km from Pianello Val Tidone. The house, arranged on two floors, offers a kitchen with a wood-fired oven and basic appliances on the ground floor, the dining area and the living area boast two stone fireplaces. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, terrace and dedicated external bathroom and another with a double bed, single bed and internal bathroom. GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking or cycling; a few kilometers from Val Trebbia and Val Luretta. Your pet is welcome and the entire apartment is accessible and equipped for the disabled.

Casa Glicine, so called for the large wisteria at the entrance of the house, is in a commanding position, on the top of the hill overlooking the valley. This allows you to have complete peace, being immersed in nature. The house has wifi, so it's indicated for smartworking. There are two trattorias within a 10-minute drive and the village can be reached in 15, through a paved road. The play area shared with any guests of Casa Sasso is very much appreciated.
