On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. La casa è stata ristrutturata completamente e i lavori sono terminati da circa un mese, è composta di un piano di accesso dove si trovano il parcheggio disponibile per due auto e, varcato l'ingresso, la cucina dalla quale tramite una porta finestra si può usufruire della terrazza; dalla zona giorno si accede passando per una scala in marmo e ferro battuto alle due camere e al bagno. La suddivisione degli spazi interni è stata conservata così come prevede il tipico modello del borgo ligure.
