Sylvain's apartment is as described and super nice; well located in front of the beach, quiet, close to shops, bars and restaurants with private parking, in the small village of Binic. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The bedding is excellent and the room is quiet. Sylvain is very friendly and our relationships were simplest and most practical. In short, you will have guessed that we highly recommend this host and his apartment.

The apartment was spotless: clean, tastefully renovated and very comfortable. Everything you needed was there, with quality amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The instructions for finding and accessing the accommodation were clear and accurate, which greatly facilitated our arrival. Special mention to hosts, always responsive and available when needed. After a fabulous month at Erwin’s place, I wish I could give it six stars ! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything is as it was represented. The cooking wear in the kitchen was quite extensive, and you can make just about anything you want. The home is walkable to the beach, and if the wind the right directions you can hear the waves. Bonus: The WiFi is fast, it was great for our working vacation. I could go on, but read the other reviews. This place is delightful. Highly recommend.

Great location - steps away from beaches and trails to explore the beautiful pink granite. Short walk (0.5 miles) into town. Great restaurants near by with beautiful sunsets. Very quiet and peaceful community.

Perfect stay at Karine's. Charming little house in an atypical setting close to the chapel. Not overlooked. Small pleasant courtyard for a coffee or apero. Very clean and functional. I recommend for a couple and two kids or teenagers.

Beautiful welcome from Jacqueline with beautiful touches. The apartment, superb and well equipped, is very well located, fast city center on foot with all the shops. We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.

We had a lovely stay at Myriam's apartment. The place is comfortable and healthy and has a fabulous sea view for breakfast. Myriam is very responsive and accommodating. We recommend this studio without a second thought.

All exactly as described. Wonderful location with fantastic views. Small but nice apartment - richly equipped with everything you could need (comics, games, guidebook, binoculars, etc.). Ideal for 2 people or small family (parents: Let the children sleep on the pull-out sofa.. ;-)). All in all, we enjoyed Perros Guirec very much and the days can be spent - even without your own vehicle - wonderful with extensive beach walks, fishing, surfing, nature views and and and.

christine's apartment is very well located,well equipped and very clean. The garden is a plus to eat or read. The shops are not far away and Tréguier and the surroundings are really to be discovered. a nice stay for us.
