Das Zentrum von Kulmbach ist in ca. 5 km erreichbar und Bayreuth in ca 20 Minuten. Parkplatz ist kostenlos vorhanden. Neben zwei Schlafzimmern lockt ein weiterer Raum zum Beisammensein um den Tag auch bei schlechtem Wetter schön ausklingen zu lassen. Bei gutem Wetter kann der Garten hinter dem Haus genutzt werden. Rauchen im Garten und auf dem Balkon gestattet.
