Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

We stayed for one week, as a family with 3 children (5, 10 and 12). We felt really welcome, with friendliness, special small treats - prepared by Vicko and his parents - and a beautiful location. The place is situated on a hill in a beautiful garden, a nice terrace with view. Groceries are 2 minutes by car, an Dubrovnik is 20 minutes by car. We would wholeheartedly recommend the place and especially the hosts. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was in a perfect location, peaceful, beautiful, with a lovely promenade that led straight to the center of Kotor. It was a very pleasant walk that I enjoyed every day. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and we had a great chat. What made my stay even more special was the presence of their adorable cats – especially the charming Miss Serafina, who kept me company and completely stole my hearts. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I could possibly need. I truly didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back. Everything great except that one bathroom had hair in the shower, and there was no shower gel in any of the bathrooms. We only stayed one night so we didn't mind that much.

The accommodation is a hidden gem which we visited last year and had to visit again. Mariana is always very helpful and responsive to communication making the trip less stressful. The moment we walked in you are treated to a reassuring clean smell and the place looked spotless. The hot tub is fantastic with stunning views also. The place is situated in a lovely little town with everything in walking distance with old Dubrovnik 15 minutes away in a car. Will definitely be visiting again

We stayed several days in this apartment and could not have made a better choice. Great apartment: well cared for and clean , at the same time modern. A beautiful apartment and you felt at home. Mihovil’s place was perfect! I stayed here with myself and two friends and it accommodated us perfectly. Mihovil greeted us at the place to assist with check in. He even had chocolates and beer in the fridge for us upon arrival. Location was great as the apartment is situated halfway between Old Town and the Marina and very walkable. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Dubrovnik.

Almir's house was enormous. It was very good that it was big and comfortable. The house has everything you could possibly need. In a calm and beautiful location. Sonja's 1 bedroom apt. was very cozy and clean. It's tucked away on a narrow street above Sestaliste Kralja Zvonimira - a promenade in Lapad which features many restaurants. Once you familiarize yourself with the neighborhood, it's quite easy to walk down to the promenade or to the bus line to catch the #6 to Dubrovniks' Old City. What makes this place special is Sonja who is a great congenial host. Gave us easy instructions on how to navigate the bus system to get to the Old City. City Walls walk is highly recommended. Also, Sonja was so gracious in helping us catch the bus to Zagreb. An extremely responsive and cordial host!

This was an amazing stay! The host was so sweet and was waiting for us when we got dropped off via taxi. She then escorted us to the apartment from the drop off location and showed us how everything runs/should be used. She made sure we had no questions and were comfortable before she left. As soon as you walk in you can see the amazing view of Old Town below. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no issues with neighbors or other guests in the area. You can easily get to surrounding areas for food or other things you made need. The only thing I can say to consider is the height at which the apartment sits. It’s amazing for the view and the quiet, however, there are many stairs and/or hills to get back if you decide not to taxi. I wouldn’t let that alone rule this place out because it’s really a great spot. We had a great time and are thankful we stayed here for our trip!

What an incredible place to stay! I am 20 years old and I stayed with my grandmother. The home is so cozy and comfortable. The view is unbelievable and it truly felt like home. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus. It is amazing value for the price. It is on a hill but we ubered there so it was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!!!

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!

Amazing apartment perfectly located for exploring the Bay of Kotor with beautiful interior. The apartment was clean and well resourced with everything we could have asked for to ensure we had a relaxing week including items to make the apartment accessible for the children. The apartment is located walking distance from the old town, with nearby supermarkets and bakeries making it easy to grab items as needed. Radmila and her husband provided fantastic instructions to find the apartment and were always on hand to help or answer questions - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!

Very helpful and kind host — thank Zorica! She was always responsive and made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Great location, just 5–10 minutes from the Old City and the Spanish Fort. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need (including a large fridge, which many other places don’t have). Having a heater was a real bonus during the bad weather.

Directions would be better described if you arrive by car from the direction of Dubrovnik, then after the. Village of Plat just before the Obod bus stop on the right side Coffee bar " Jure" as orientation turn right on the second street ( not first !! ), then turn left after about 50 m the house on the 👍👍 left side would have to be easier to find, otherwise you drive like me in circles( if you turn off the first upper street) and a good advice to arrive privately if possible, arrive in Hellenic.. otherwise everything was as described, clean and fine.Bruno is a very nice and dear host.. Anytime I am happy to be his guest again ❤️❤️❤️👍
