Sylvain's apartment is as described and super nice; well located in front of the beach, quiet, close to shops, bars and restaurants with private parking, in the small village of Binic. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The bedding is excellent and the room is quiet. Sylvain is very friendly and our relationships were simplest and most practical. In short, you will have guessed that we highly recommend this host and his apartment.

The apartment was spotless: clean, tastefully renovated and very comfortable. Everything you needed was there, with quality amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The instructions for finding and accessing the accommodation were clear and accurate, which greatly facilitated our arrival. Special mention to hosts, always responsive and available when needed. Excellent week spent in this beautiful brand new and quiet apartment with a superb view of the port of Paimpol. All shops and restaurants are just downstairs. We loved Beauport Abbey and our crazy grass lunch on the abbey grounds. Very nice welcome and everything is delicious. Don't miss the tour of the island of Bréhat which is really pretty. a big thank you to Laurence for her warm welcome and kindness!

Great location - steps away from beaches and trails to explore the beautiful pink granite. Short walk (0.5 miles) into town. Great restaurants near by with beautiful sunsets. Very quiet and peaceful community.

Perfect stay at Karine's. Charming little house in an atypical setting close to the chapel. Not overlooked. Small pleasant courtyard for a coffee or apero. Very clean and functional. I recommend for a couple and two kids or teenagers.

We spent 5 nights in this cozy house in a great location. The creek that sings under the windows, the trees all around, and the sea within walking distance... what more could you ask for?! The setting is just fantastic, and the veranda magical! Celine welcomed us very warmly and we even followed her recommendations for activities to do with our children. She was also very responsive and attentive. We treasure the address and will be sure to share it. Thanks for everything!

We had a great time, the area is great! The house is nice, nicely decorated and ideally located, just steps from the beach. A real haven of peace! A big thank you to Johan for his warm welcome, kindness and generosity. We particularly appreciated his help by picking us up from the Saint-Brieuc train station on a Sunday night, despite the late hour — a gesture that touched us a lot and really made things easier for us! We would recommend this property without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. Beautiful welcome from Jacqueline with beautiful touches. The apartment, superb and well equipped, is very well located, fast city center on foot with all the shops. We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.

We were delighted to have stayed in this jewel on its rock, laden with history and now enhanced by the many amenities made by the owners.
