We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 10 km outside Malmö. Close to the Arriesjön hiking area and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad, about 3 km from here. Convenience store is in nearby V Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car charger is available, please let us know if you want to charge fee of SEK 3.50/kWh is paid directly to the host.
