Charming cabin cloose to nature and next to water

Charming, unique, simple accommodation in nature, with water and tranquility just outside the cottage area 3 km from Mörrum Here you live more luxuriously than in a tent but still as close to nature - a perfect getaway! The cottage is uninsulated, simple and decorated in an older style with a comfortable double bed overlooking water with a rich birdlife. Cook over an open fire outdoors, heat tea water on the stove inside the cabin and just enjoy the tranquility. Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower with hot water and dry toilet. Pets welcome Fishing is not allowed in the pond!

The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cozy cottage right by the sea in Matvik harbor.

The cabin is simply and cozily decorated, with marine interior details. Directly outside is a patio and parking with the possibility to charge an electric car (cost SEK 5/kWh). Toilet and shower are located in a common service building (35 m). Barbecue is available on the harbor area (35 meters) and sea kayaks can be rented from us. A nice kiosk that is open all summer is in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3.5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Nice accommodation next to Mörrumsån

A newly-renovated accommodation for up to 6 people on a farm by the Mörrumsån river. The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Newly-built and modern summer house in Karlshamn's archipelago and popular Köpegårda. A couple of minutes' walk on the Badstigen and you are at the jetty and the swimming area for an early morning swim or quiet evening swim. The house is located on the mainland by Karlshamn's archipelago, adjacent to both forest and sea. The house has 6 beds divided into 3 bedrooms plus a separate guest house on the property. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and very fresh.

Are you ready to leave the noise behind and relax in a beautiful log cabin in the southern Småland woods? Here you stay without any neighbors except the mooses, deers and birds of the forest. Close biking distance to several lakes and great adventures. Located 5 min driving to a convenience store, and approximately 2 hrs driving from Malmö. We recommend staying here as a couple or family, keep in mind the cabin is 25m2 indoors. Welcome to the simple life of the cabin life.

Sänglinne och badlakan 200 SEK /person Båtplats med tillhörande båt för uthyrning 3 st underbara restauranger i gångavstånd från huset samt badstrand.

Proximity to a convenience store and shop as well as a good distance to Ronneby and Karlskrona with all its sights.

Rural back yard house

Quiet and pleasant location in a rural environment. Three kilometers from the center of Karlshamn, three kilometers to the beach. The house is surrounded by fields and forest areas with mountain bike loops and opportunities for nice walks. Patio with barbecue facilities and west-facing balcony. The house is close to the host family's residential building, but with limited visibility and separate patios.

Matvik

Relax with the family or an active vacation with archipelago, beach, jacuzzi and sauna. ARK56 with bike, kayak and hiking trails are available in the area. Kayaks available to rent. The turbo boat goes from the harbor to several islands during the summer. 10-minute walk to the harbor or beach. Extra beds are available if you are more than four people. We will do everything we can to make you happy.

Cabin near the sea

We rent out a cottage on our property. It is located in a lush and nice area about 200 meters from the sea. There are good opportunities for both fishing and swimming. The cottage has a sleeping loft and tiled bathroom. It also has a lovely porch overlooking a meadow with horses.
