The cottage is located on the first floor of a newly renovated stone farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet. The entrance is independent (access via an external staircase). You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house.

Ideally located, you are about 25 minutes from the Rennes expo park and the alma shopping center!! The location is ideal, quiet, between: - amenities within walking distance: Shops, bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, restaurants, etc. - the start of the path that leads to the lake and then to the mill, via the old washhouse (regularly used by walkers and runners).
