What to say about this place… Just sublime! As soon as we walked through the door, we were amazed by the beautiful view of Lac du Bourget. We were lucky enough to enjoy great weather. There are plenty of activities nearby ( we did the boat) , as well as excellent restaurants. I highly recommend "La Maison du Coucou", and the accommodation is only 30 minutes from Annecy. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and accessible by elevator. We slept very well: the place is very quiet in the evening and at night. We'll be happy to go back! We had to leave on Friday, May 2, but finally extended our stay at the hotel right next door until Sunday:) Thank you again for allowing us to discover this beautiful city thanks to your home, its exceptional view and its proximity to activities. Great weekend with girlfriends in this cute maisonette. Thanks to Margaux for her sympathy and responsiveness by message throughout our stay! :) We enjoyed everything the accommodation could offer us: bike ride by the lake, nature walks nearby, brunch in the city center, aperitif on the terrace, and movie night on the big screen! A peaceful place, furnished with passion and authenticity, that we are delighted to have been able to discover. Thank you again!

A very nice apartment with a view to fall on the floor. The setting is really sumptuous and the apartment is very cute. Even though it's subjective, special mention to the super quality bedding. We'll be back again.

My month-long stay in this studio was perfect. The studio is equipped with all the essentials and is well insulated, it's very quiet. You have enough to park your car in the garden. The neighborhood is one of the most beautiful in Aix-les-Bains, enough to enjoy the view, walk and shops around. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Your studio made me want to stay and settle in the area. 🥰
