The “Basilica di San Francesco” is just 200 meters away, and it’s also well connected to the train station and Santa Maria degli Angeli thanks to the bus service. The house, with an independent entrance, was elegantly renovated in 2021. It has two floors, and provides a public covered parking area in agreement with the structure.
