Separate entrance from the rest of the house and lockbox for independent check-in. On request and for an extra charge: Extra bed for children up to 10 years old or folding baby crib. NO EQUIPPED KITCHEN! Microwave, dishes and cutlery, small fridge and side table. NESPRESSO machine and kettle. Private terrace.

Studio apartment located in Balmoral (just above the town of Spa) with huge windows to admire the view. Equipped with a brand new quality bed (queen size), a fitted kitchen, chairs, table, a bathroom, etc. It has a separate entrance, the guests can enjoy the privacy and relax. Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

The love nest

The love nest est notre havre de paix à la campagne. Petite maison contemporaine en bois, à la grande cheminée de pierre, elle offre une belle chambre double et une plus petite chambre attenante séparée du séjour par un rideau. Entièrement chauffée par un poêle à bois et un feu ouvert, elle offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et pleine de charme. Une terrasse plein sud, en partie couverte (Belgique oblige) agrémente le tout.

Villa "Manonfat" is a cozy holiday home for 12 people in Trois-Ponts, located in the Belgian Ardennes, where you will feel right at home. Very suitable for family weekends, outdoor trips, cycling or just getting away. Free WiFi The indicated rental price includes energy costs, linen/bed linen/towels and local taxes. (Our house is not suitable for groups of young people. Only after prior consultation with the host)

My place is close to family-friendly activities (Coo, Plopsacoo) and Stavelot city centre. Walks (on foot or by bike) are easily accessible as well as the Spa-francorchamps circuit. You'll love my place for people, atmosphere, outdoor spaces, neighborhood and brightness. My place is good for couples, solo, business, and families with kids (can add a folding bed and/or cot).
